Are your products vegan & cruelty free?
Yes–our products do not contain any animal derived ingredients, nor do we test on animals.
Are your products clean?
At Anagram, we’re not fans of the term "clean beauty"—mainly because there’s no universal definition for it.
Instead of relying on vague labels, we focus on science-backed safety and quality. Our formulas adhere to strict EU regulations, which ban over 1,300 ingredients (including sulfates, phthalates & parabens), and we take it a step further by conducting stability and safety testing—even though it’s not required in the US.
We believe in transparency, ensuring that every ingredient we use is there for a reason: to create high-performing, effective products you can trust.

We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico
When can I expect to receive my Anagram package?
- Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
- We currently offer two shipping options via USPS. Note that delivery times may take longer for packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
- Standard: 2-5 Business Days
- Priority: 1-3 Business Days
How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $45
How can I edit my shipping address?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes, including updates to the shipping address or payment information. We kindly ask that you double-check all details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is just right.
Tracking shows my order has been delivered but I have not seen it. What should I do?
Please contact us at hello@anagrambeauty.com and we will file a claim with USPS. Our team will update you on the status between 3-5 business days.
What should I do if my order is damaged?

Returns FAQs
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help! Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a $5.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. How do I request a return?

How long does it take to process the refund?
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
